Help with my android

AuthorHelp with my android
Hey

I know this is a long shot, but I hope somebody in here can help me.

This night my HTC Desire (Android 2,2) ran out of battery. Nothing unusual in that. It have happened a lot of times.
The problem is that when i finally got it charged again and started it, it had deleted some of my apps, all of my contacts and everything in my calender.

I have been googling diffent solutions for some hours now, but I have found nothing that can help me :(

If there are somebody out there who can help me I would be very gratefull.

There is nothing you can do unless you had a backup.
Google and some other companies can make a back up of your cell phone.
It is a free service for people who have a Google account.

What happened to your cellphone was it ran out of battery ALL the way.
Normally when a cellphone gets very low it will shut down and all the remaining power will go onto maintaining the phone in a dormant state. But even that takes power even if it's a small amount. Eventually, the power will run out completely and the cell phone will fail to maintain essential information, resetting to the hard copy stored on your phone card.
Is there any way to reverse this?
for Smaskir:
No, once the phone's battery has reached critical level, normally when you consistently try to turn it on when it is already saying it is out of battery, then the small amount of power required to maintain key functions of the phone EVEN when off (BIOS and such like) will be gone. This means any information stored on the phone and not an SD card will be lost.

Hence, all your contacts and some applications.

Sorry mate start looking for those contacts on google. And next time sync all your contacts with Google regularly.

SoS
Did u have an anti virus which backs up data?? For eg. Lookout does dat so u can restore data in such cases..
There is a chance it has been regularly backing up automatically. Search through your system apps for the 'Backup/Restore' app and see what it says.
