General rule#3.29. In case if the clan Leader becomes blocked, it is possible to transfer clan leadership to the clan Treasurer. To do so, the Treasurer should contact any active Administration representative. If the clan had no Treasurer by the moment the clan Leader was blocked, the clan leadership is lost. Any funds paid or donated to that clan will not be returned.
