| Can someone give me a link (or post here) a comprehensive guide on what is the speciality/what services are found in the respective locations. | Please, ask more detailed questions.
To hard to write a lot | I donno how to ask. Just say something like:

Thieves' Guild: Lizard Lowland.
Mercenaries' Guild: Peaceful Camp, East River, Fairy Trees, Fishing Village.
Rangers' Guild, Hunters' Guild: Empire Capital.
Dragon Caves: sometimes dragons will attack you, if you stay there for too long, even if you're offline and then log in, you may be attacked by dragons. FSP/XP not good. No Hunters' guild points for win, only XP and some FSP.
Sunny City: you already know.

It's a duel against AI, than more wins in a row, than better XP/FSP ratio. However it's limited 5 times per day and you better to use full there, because enemy isn't weak. Also there's dynamic power balance, wins - harder enemy, loses - weaker enemy. No craft or illegal items are available (like tournament).
