I got stuck in my first card game of a tournament :

I can't do anything but go on the fora. Tried going through .ru, clearing cache and cookies, using different browser... nothing !
Game ended in a draw because everyone was lagging out. In addition to getting unstuck, is there any chance I could get a refund of the 2k gold ? It was totally unplayable.
