You will not be able to seduce a stack of 20000 farmers (80000 hp) as hp of temptresses is much lesser than 20000hp.
Seduction Duration=2+log2([HP Temptresses]/[HP target]), but not longer then 4 turns
If hp of Temptresses is equal to hp of target, then seduction works 2 turns
If hp of Temptresses is half to hp of target, then 1 turn
If hp of target is half to hp of Temptresses, then 3 turn
