Primary Parameters vs Equipment's Properties

AuthorPrimary Parameters vs Equipment's Properties
Hi,

As above, is a character's primary parameters the same as a equipment's properties? Say a character's defense is +4 and the Shield of glory's defence is also +4. So, are both character's and equipments's defence value the same?

maybe read the question before answering....
Answer is: Yes.
Sure they value the same but primary stay forever while items lose dura....So its much batter to have primary parament then items.
So, Character's +4 defense is in equal value when compare to a equipment's +4 defense? Or is there a difference in the formula when comparing a character's parameter to a equipment's property?
no character 4 defence = equipments 4 defence
So, Character's +4 defense is in equal value when compare to a equipment's +4 defense?

Yes

Or is there a difference in the formula when comparing a character's parameter to a equipment's property?

there is no diffrence....
The only difference between equipment's attack and defence and your natural attack and defence is in your hero direct attack. Attack affects your max. dmg and defence your min dmg., and your natural stats have double value in comparison to items stats.
As for your army, of course there's no difference.
Hi, thanks much for all the response :P

One more question :

A) if I put all my character's parameter to defense, then get all equipments that are offence

B) I put my character's stats to 1/2 defense and 1/2 attack, then get equipments that are 1/2 defense and 1/2 attack,

Will the result be A = B?
Yes.
They influence character direct damage differently:

Q.6.12: What's the formula for character direct damage in combat?
A:min.dmg = round(1+CL+primatt*0.5+primdef*0.5+artstat/3)
max.dmg = round(3+CL+primatt+primdef+artstat/3)
CL – combat level
primatt – primary stat points spent in attack
primdef – primary stat points spent in defense
artstat – total primary stats gained from arts
round – to nearest integer
Once I have asked the same question,
Pang(if I remember correctly) say that Defense points have nothing to do in the damage

Now,it's directly opposite
