I achieved fsp lvl 1 and activated rune ie. of double attack but when I did my second battle the bar from where we can apply the rune was not present!
Can somebody tell me why is it so?

in the above combat the bar was not present.
btw before combat I changed my talent too |
IN order to use that rune your stack needs to lose 1 unit.
In other words, you can only use it when you've taken damage. |
