Hi
I just lvl up to 4 CL. On 3rd lvl I had 30 gargoyles and 16 golems - after lvling up I can't recuit new troops - total number of troops didn't changed. | No, not a bug. Wizard troops don't change at level 3 to 4. It is a bit annoying, but, the sad truth. :/
