Dear players,
There are now automated services for changing character nickname and gender.
Visit the registry to access these services.

Both may only be changed once.
Gender change occurs automatically if your character matches the conditions.
To change nickname, you need to submit a request which will be analyzes by game sweepers. If your request is approved, your nickname will be changed, and you will be charged 50 diamonds. Th applications are analyzed within 2-5 days after the date of submitting. You will be notified about the results via private mail.
The new nickname should match the general rules and the nickname conditions during registration, it should also not be taken by another player's character (however, if the character has not reached combat level 6 and has not logged into the game for at least half a year, the change is possible). |

yes for my case I found after merge that my nickname was used by a russian player who is blocked

| Since this service was introduced after merger, and some of the .com players have already changed the character name within the 10 days given period at the time, I believe it's fair to allow those players to benefit from this service, especially with the new rule of allowing a used inactive nickname under level 6. |

If you cant understand our miseries then I dont know what will happen to Lords from LordsWM

Why would anyone want to change his name twice? If they make it free for once people change for once and won't pay for a second time.

| To give an example: I've registered in .com as TheatreOfPain, which is my current character. I registered also on .ru as TheatreOfPain, and abandoned the account long time ago; it's at CL2. After merger I was forced to change my main character name (by adding spaces) because my abandoned account uses the same name .. ironic isn't it? .. so I'm definitely willing to pay 10 diamonds to change my name back to TheatreOfPain! |
why would admin loos 50 D just for the reason that a player being inactive during merge?
The admin had provided that free service for the 1st 7 days after merge.
So that the active players got benifited.
For those who are not active there have to pay the price of 50 D's. |
