Fire magic spell damage bonus 6%, ignore water shield 9%
i understood first part of this enchantment but i`m nt getting second one |
| A player can get damage reduction to spells and physical damage by armor enchantment so fire jewel enchantment will ignore 9% of the water ones. |
I`m still a bit confused
it will be better if u be more specific n explain with an example :-P |

As stated above, ignore water shield 9% means that you pierce through some of the opponent's water shield and therefore you deal more damage with water elemental damage (if the opponent has any water shield).
Example:
You cast ice clod on water elementals and you have ignore water shield 9%
Water elementals are immune to water, and since ice clod is a water spell, they would receive no damage under normal circumstances. However, your enchantment ignores 9% of the water immunity, so you will deal 9% of your regular ice clod damage to the water elementals.
