The name "private" suggests privacy, be it from other players, moderators, or admins!
After seeing the blocking and fining streak described in the logs as "sms-id=xxxxx", it is clear that private messages are NOT private!
Even if this outrageous public display of not following the commitment is for keeping a check on players not following the rules, still, a commitment has to be kept, especially when the highest authority named the service as *Private* Mail.
