| This means you have to be in the ungovernable steppe or in its adjacent areas, as ungovernable steppe is the war front. |
In short you have to be in 1 of these 4 places to take part in the event:
Ungovernable Steppe
Sunny City
Shining Spring
Eagle Nest |
