at level 10 which 2 rings should i choose of the following
1)2 signet ring of might
2)2 ring of inspiration
3)1 signet ring of might and 1 ring of inspiration |

it really depends on the way you plan to play.
Do you need power under your control? Then go for items that give you atk.
Do you prefer to try forcing the odds to be in your favor? Then definitely go for morale.
Dwarf have a pretty good initiative, not as good as elves or DE, but they can stand hits better. And they have morale talents, if needed.
