I think yes. You get a better xp/fsp ratio for killing 10 fk of the max ap player.
Still, you must take into consideration that usually with the same one hit, you can either kill 10 fk of the max ap player OR you can kill a bigger amount of fk of the min ap player, so what is really best for you? We need some dev answer here :) |

Nope, it depends on the quantity of the creature and not the quality. Though it will matter if the creature that you killed belonged to a player of a higher CL than you; you'll get more (exp+fsp) then. |
Q1) yes you do get better exp/FSP if you kill the same amount of creatures of a player with better AP
