I think it a dangerous route to go down to do things which create divisions between the 2 server communities now we are merged.
Prior to merge one of the big complaints of .com players was the difficulty in finding people to fight GB and CG battles. This could just re-introduce this problem.
Who is to say if someone is fluent enough to be allowed to join a Russian or English only battle? What about battles where participants are mainly speaking in Spanish? German? Scottish ;) ? etc. Would we then need further restrictions?
As an other option, you can always do clan only fights with more control over who enters. |

Also try and not accept battles of russian players. Check their profile to see if they speak english. |
