In fact, If you look at most of the level 3's they effectivly all had this? I'm so confused.
Plus, When I was level 1, some level 1's had 2 knowledge + 4 spellpower.. It's confusing me and I haven't even played this game long ='( |
For AKA: That's only +5 spellpower, Meaning they would only have 8 spellpower max, when you can see in link 2 he has 20 spellpower.

| The "set bonus" on the help page does not include the stat bonuses of the individual artifacts. The set bonus is a bonus you get if you wear all of the artifacts, in addition to what the artifacts give themselves. Click on the artifacts to see the stats that they provide. |

hence 3 more slots left for level 3 to use. |
