I found this from the FAQ by Arctic
Q.8.5: Can adds join clans? What about military clans?
A: Both is possible, but only with the condition that they do not pay entrance fees and taxes.

but in the general rule it says:
3.13.10. Additional characters are not allowed to join any clans.
which one is true? I am so confused. |
