If you read the link they have provided, there will be inter-MC tournaments, not a "clan war."

One thing I noted that was missing in that translation were the deadlines/dates of competition. Here are the dates gathered from the Russian news piece.
Applications will be accepted in the relevant topics until 31st May.
The level 14-16 tournament will begin 1.06.13
The level 11-13 tournament will begin 6.06.13
The level 17-18 tournament will begin 12.06.13 |
so this means that there is no limit of artifacts? Even if our opponent wear full rare+enchant and our side is shop arts only, the result is still valid?
