Authorhow to loot arts after a normal group battle

i know tht we can do that after CG lvl 1 but in this combat https://www.lordswm.com/war.php?warid=539371653 , https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=5244152 loots sword of ambition even though he has 0 CG points ... plz help

it was his last lvl 4 battle it was a gift from that elf lady who helps us from lvl 1

you will get it once you reach lvl5
