Author | Reintroduce partial health/mana post (won) combat |
Once upon a time it was possible to come out from a (won) combat with less than 100% health/mana, and the health heart/mana flask were an indication of how much army remained after a combat, and offered a (fast) gradual visual indication for time of recovery.
Now, since you always end up a combat with either 0% or 100% army/mana, you already know you have to wait nothing or full time for recovery. First I think the hearth and flask are useless now.
But the main point is that I don't see why the partial loss of army/mana post (won) combat has been removed. It makes perfect sense that if you lost part of your army, or used part of your mana in a combat, even if it was won, for you to have to wait until you can gather replacements. Why should you wait if you lost the combat, but not if you won with 1 single unit standing? Makes no sense, you still have to look after new recruits in your kingdom to refill your army ranks.
I think partial loss of army/mana should be introduced. It makes more sense as it is now. It gives meaning to the red health heart and purple mana flask that we all grew to cherish, and it is an economical stimulus since health and mana potions are (or will soon be -mana) available. Whenever there is a time emergency, one can always get the potions for instant recovery.
It also encourages the use of estates for recovery, which have little use in the game as it is. |

When you are 0 on both mana and health the heart and flask indicate how much time left for you to be ready. For eg:- It will show 60% etc. giving an indiacator. Moreover when you reach full readiness it shows the heart/flask full making it clear that its fighting time.
Though what you say is right I think it is just a pain in the ass to wait for so much time to be able to combat. I would say that the change was done so that players would get to wait less and combat more.
The estates point is a good one but i dont care as i dont have the money to own one for now ;)
The potions are too expensive and nobody with 50% army loss would like to spend 7500 gold on health potion istead of simply waiting for 5-8 mins |
-1 Leave it as it is.Estates are still useful when you lose and need fast restore esp.when u do TG,Rg or events. |
+1 i agree to everything what naviron mentioned |

If old regeneration is restored then it will inturn effect the server activity!
Which will not attract more number of players.
Another reason
More combats=more fun=more ap/gold used per combat=more D's used for buying art=more money donated in shot time . |
