What does wisdom do?
It says it allows us to learn lv3 spells but in battles i cant use them | | Read the description carefully. It says you can use level 3 spells without the required magic school talents. That still means that you have to build the required magic guild (magic guild 3). If you have magic guild 3 and wisdom, then you can use level 3 spells. |
