| I know this may sound stupid, but I have no idea what enchanted arts really do and why people fear them so much. If an art is enchanted do they deal additional damage and what is the difference if they are enchanted with different elements or by 5 or 10? | I have no idea what enchanted arts really do
Enchanted artifacts increases the dmg done or taken by XX%
where x is the effect of enchantment
For eg :-

Here sword of might have enchatment of [I8E8A8W8F8] so it will deal 8*4 =32% extra elemental damage + it will ignore 8% defence
2)https://www.lordswm.com/art_info.php?id=ciras&mod_shop=1
Here Steel cuirass have enchantment of [D8E8A8W8F8] so it will give 16% fire,water,earth n Air shield + it will decrease attack of charging stack 8%
So this is the reason why people fear them so much

Dmg done my 5% enchanted sword will be less than Dmg done by 10% enchanted sword coz it has less enchantment thts y extra dmg done by second sword will be more too.. | | Thanks that was really helpful. How is earth enchantment different from water or air? | Damage wise, it is the same, but certain creature, talents, or shield enchantment can have total/partial resistance against certain elemental (e.g air elemental is immune to air enchantment), so the additional elemental damage will not work or partially work.
And as insane has explained earlier, a weapon can be stacked 4 different elements and a ignore defence, making it more powerful that a single enchantment. | | ^ okay thanks :).. Perfectly explained |
