Do NPC's (non-playable character/computer characters) have FSL for which a Skill Potion would work against?
For example:
Ambushes
Lurgs Defense Heroes | | nope, they are neutrals. | Skill potion will only ever work where another player character is present.
I believe it will work in hunts, but unfortunately not NPCs for ambushes. | They have FSL, maybe same as TG caravans. But they dont have FSL in other factions. And PoS wont work with them.
