BTW; I'm using Mister cash or Bank contact.
Its a simpel and fast way to pay, I use my bank card with the card reader and It take's 2 min to put in the code's and 1 more min for the diamonds.
strange thing is it took me 2 tries using eNets but I got my diamonds
can you guys post exactly which payment method you used and how you did it.

for me the 'skrill' debit/credit card payment method has been blocked after 3 tries.

me too, and it says that account is restricted for 24 hrs.... but even after 2 days i'm still restricted~!
direct debit and eNets don't seem to be working now as well, at least for me
and pay pal still not working....
GREAT....that stupid xsolla/skrill option has not been processed and my card limit has been blocked for the equivalent of 2k diamonds.

i have already used my card a helluva lot and to block another about USD2k from the limit has left me with a very low limit. and this is something that i can't do anything about....i can clear my outstanding but nothing can be done about this 'suspense' amount for 21 days; until the merchant does not proceed/process it within 21 days and only after that will this limit get cleared....JUST GREAT.

wth is LWM doing about paypal !?!? i just can't digest the fact that they are virtually doing nothing about it....if it was being pursued then there would have definitely been an outcome....whatever the outcome but it would been there. its been WEEKS now....
Ok, direct debit and eNets actually work for me, I realised that the payee/transaction intermediary depends on the network/server you are on which in turn has security implications. For example, if I used my office laptop, it doesn't work (the intermediary here is xsolla itself) but if I used my personal tablet, it works (the intermediary here is a company based in Asia).

Although I have no real proof or technical knowledge, I would venture a guess that direct debit and eNets should work for anyone in Asia.
i know what you mean....a similar thing happened with me on paypal a long long time ago. due to some security features and other blah blah stuff my credit card was was not accepted and they said that there is nothing that they can do about it as its a security feature which cannot be overridden.

currently i am in asia so that should not be a problem and my other card works fine with paypal from anywhere. the other options like skrill/xsolla have worked for me in the past but are not working for me now....dunno why but the transactions got denied and before that for the last few days i was just being asked to review my payment details. as you said....i'll try and log from a different ISP/location and see what happens (fingers crossed).

apart from the above, what i don;t understand is that WTH dosn't somebody from LWM come forth and and give an answer !?!? what is going to happen next....players will run LWM for the admins !?

and to top it off....this silly rule (gross non-application of mind) is the limit of your borrowing, due to which i can't even borrow beyond a certain amount to repair my stuff and play the game. i need about 400k or so to repair my stuff each time my set and accessories are up for repairs and the limit of borrowing i've been told is 150k. LWM is doing nothing about paypal or any other such means through which diamonds can be obtained and a person can proceed with the game. LWM is actually forcing you to break the rules or else quite the game lol.


hell....if you don't want players and you want to shoo them them away; there is a better way of doing so....just close shop !

i vaguely remember this incident where i had a problem and had posted it on the forum....NOBODY from LWM cam forth for weeks together and eventually other players kinda solved it for me. i also remember that in that same thread another player asked for help regarding the units on him (he was playing a faction and he had units from another faction on him (imagine that)).....dunno what happened with him in the end but he was around asking for help for MONTHS and his cries were landing on deaf ears.

think this is the reason (ZERO support) that i quit LWM 2 or 3 years ago....dunno why i started again lol. there is nothing out there about these guys, if there was then it would be a different story. if it was a company like aeria games....then you start from BBB and go right upto the APEX court and that ought to suffice as a lesson and that is exactly what i did....started of with BBB and was prepared to go all the way, but i backed off when dozens and dozens of apologies started pouring through after the first step of my process. but then again their story was different, they messed up on my account and just said that they can't do anything about it (but they did have a support structure and they used to attend to your mails, reply you etc. etc.)....LWM is an alltogether different story.

LWM desperately needs to come up with a support structure and put it in place....in today's day and age where almost everything is service related/dependent....if you can't even provide the basics....you are doomed in the long run.

Are you still facing the skrill problem? or has it been processed by now?

From my or my cousin's experience, If your credentials do not match the required fields while making the payment, the skrill blocks your account for outgoing payments for 24 hours only. There is nothing to worry,if this is the case, this is for your own safety.

Just check back after 24 hours, and it should resolve automatically.
You may try to contact, Xsolla support chat or Skrill support center.IF all all this doesnot help, then i guess. It is a better time for Admins to interfere!

Some countries have restrictions monthly for making outgoing payments on Skrill or Paypal. Have you exceeded such restriction amounts?

hi there, what you have mentioned is correct and the amount of tries in a day is limited to 3 tries. for many days i've been trying everyday and after the 3 attempts i can't try any more, this is reset at 12:00 noon everyday and after 12:00 noon a person can try again another 3 times.

however; a couple of days ago skrill managed to process my transaction and my credit card company also charged me for the transaction....this happened twice but eventually i did not get the 2k diamonds. i will eventually not be charged for these transactions but nevertheless my limit is blocked and since the monthly usage of my credit card is extremely high, the limit of about USD 2k getting blocked cause quite a bit of an inconvenience due to remaining limit. i can and have cleared my outstanding balance but that is not a solution this incomprehensible inconvenience caused by LWM's negligence/methods.

i'm from india and i've used xsolla/skrill twice before apart from paypal and both the transactions went smoothly. its only that i am facing this problem. so i would assume that my country does not have an issue. apart from that....i've neither change my ISP nor my machine, meaning that my ISP from the last transactions and my machines mac address would also be the same.

YES....admins should interfere, they should address each and every grievance and not just this one....that is service about they are clueless.

if we were to start a thread asking a person to vote on two options with the question being 'when are the admins likely to do anything/something about this issue' with the 2 options being 'year 2013' or 'year 2014'....i would ask that a third option be created which should be labeled as 'never' and i would vote on the 'never' option as going by LWM standards that is the most logical conclusion.

i've written to xsolla and they have washed their hands from the matter asking me to get in touch with skrill. have written to skrill and am still waiting for their '24 hour' response to arrive.

hmmmm....i should check my junk mail....maybe skrill did respond and it went to junk mail.

I have been trying to get this done using my debit card in USA, Bank of america which is a master card.. i even tried using my credit card(visa type) , But none of the options seem to work. Tried contacting skrill support, and Xsolla chat.. Turns out to be just plain stupid waste of time.

Infact i get the same old message each time, that my payment details are invalid and so i try one more time and they block my account for 24 hours.

though its supposed to be 24 hrs, i can still see the message that my account is restricted whenever i click on the paypal option and its been much longer than just a week, SERIOUSLY what is the meaning of this??

I'd like to add that its the first time in my life, that i have am forced to face such inconvenience related to any pay-for-service facilities, and trust me i have had enough of THIS.
i even went to the extend of creating a skrill account assuming that it might make things easier. on my account i need to verify my card....the process to that is that they will charge my card with a small unknown amount and that amount i have to verify. my card gets charged for an xx amount which get converted into local currency and the original USD amount is unknown....spoke with my card company and they say the merchant has not really charged my card and that its in a 'suspended' state and they cannot tell me the original USD amount till the merchant claims the funds from my card company.

and now i can't even use skrill as they WILL NOT accept my details with a message stating that 'use your skrill account'........!@#$

this is pathetic....probably even more pathetic than LWM's response/turnaround (if there ever is a response/turnaround).

OK guys....since LWM will most likely NEVER address this issue. can anybody suggest me some concrete and possible way to get diamonds !? am thinking of getting/buying those virtual prepaid cards and trying with them....but what if they too are not accepted !?

i hope that after all this fiasco LWM considers one of those professinal card processing companies like globalcollect etc.....or am i asking for too much from these fellas !? they really do try it like most other serious/normal/sane game developers do. i've NEVER EVER in my life encountered any problems with these professional companies.

yup....that is exactly what has been happening with me for weeks now. read my post above and just don't try to open a skrill account thinking it might 'help'.
Guys, like I've said previously, if you have an account with OCBC, UOB or Citibank, and you are in Asia - use the eNets method, you should be able to get diamonds. That is what I've been doing in lieu of PayPal
been using the visa option & maestro option as the other options (Amex & Diners & JCB) report 'this service is not available in your country'. there is nothing else for asia/india except maestro and visa which is routed through xsolla/skrill.

if you are talking about the e-payment options, then the visa/skrill is the same as with credit card option....the other options are more of getting e-currency and using the e-currency to buy diamonds. after opening a skrill account & dixiepay account & okpay account....and then after the f**kup in skrill account....will not proceed further. as it is dixiepay has same verification process as skrill so the same f**kup is bound to happen and okpay needs a wire transfer to buy their e-currency. there is no credit card option in okpay....and I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS SHIT OF OPENING VARIOUS WALLET ACCOUNTS.

i'll wait till paypal issue is solved or else LWM ties up with a professional credit card company (which is never ever going to happen).

and if there is a simpler method which i somehow missed....please do mention it exactly so that we can follow it to the letter lol.

sheesshhhh....it sounds like i'm hooked onto drugs and in this case these diamonds are to be substituted for drugs lol. i'm not that desperate/addicted to go through hell for LWM's incompetence. if there is an easy method then i'll proceed with it, else to hell with it. its LWM loss and not mine....as it is i give LWM a maximum of 2 years before it dies. it'll be much easier to send money to another person via paypal or some other method and ask them to diamonds into my account than going through this hell created by LWM.
First I must point out that it is very difficult to handle all kinds of payment options all over the world. The webshop my company got have trouble keeping up with just the Scandinavian countries in northern Europe. I can only imagine what a mess it must be to be working all over the world.

At least from here, the direct bank transfer seems to be working. I do not know if it is available in all countries. You simply transfer an amount manually to an account and attach a code so they can identify the transfer.

The admins are working on the Paypal issue. I don't know any details, but I can almost promise you that LWM didn't change anything in their code. Please accept that it will take some time to resolve.

I agree, But is this acceptable when you use the First way of payment, (skrill) mentioned in the recommended list of methods?
