There are quite a large number of clans in which the clan leader is blocked. What those clans will be used for anymore ?
For those, the Admins should consider transferring the control over the clan even before they block the leader to the treasurer or deputy.
And if the Clan is not assigned with deputy of treasurer, then the clans should be put to auction. It will be a path to regain access to those clans.
What is the difference between having a clan with Blocked leader and having a clan with No leader? Not a whole lot...
It would be helpful to recoup to those clans, and keep them alive and active... :) |

This clan has been created my my RL friend(FIREBLAZER), he had illegal transfers, hacked and blocked... Lost the clan too... :( |

Getting rid of cheaters is not the topic here friend... :)
I am just suggesting to recover the lost clans from the empire. The ultimate decision to get rid of cheaters is to block them. But what if, they had a clan under their name ? What is the destiny of those clans ? Just to remain dusted ?
If those clans are recovered, a better community grows here(though not a big change), Some may even get Militralized ! :)

If you read the rules more carefully you would know that such a possibility exists.
As stated by par. 3.29.2 of the general rules:
3.29.2. It is possible to ask an Administration representative to reassign the clan leadership from leader to deputy in the following cases:
- Military clan: clan leader is absent from the game for 3 months or more; the leader has not prohibited to reassign leadership in his clan in his or her personal information page;
- Clan with blocked leader: the leader does not have "Not to be unblocked" seal in his transfer log; the leader is not blocked for financial assist, insults or SHL; at the moment of block the clan counts more than 50 members.
In any of the positive cases, the clan must have a deputy assigned. Otherwise it is not possible, and no other solutions will be accepted. |
