i saw this player "victoria" getting weapon after normal GB and lvling up. she is lvl 4 and ofc not member of CG. then how does she get weapon as loot?
That is an art which given free for lvl up CL5, it was not introduced in .com, so if you create a char here and when it lvl up CL5 you will get that art
