It appears the scouts have severely underestimated local resistance. Guided by a young and promising hero, the guerrilla forces have led several efficient incursions into enemy camps and performed impairing, diversionary actions and psychological pressure.
The river barbarian leaders have been significantly weakened. Many of their lackeys, seeing power slip through the hands of their masters, broke off and retreated to their own dwellings to manifest their own rule, leaving the leaders to their own fate.
The situation in the Wilderness has changed greatly overnight. The leaders were significantly weakened, and the number of “leaders” has increased manifold. Having lost greatly in stamina and support power, the leaders have released monstrous new creatures to struggle for their very existence.
This is a great opportunity to destroy the arrogant savages, and the Warlord commands us to continue military actions, adhering to the previously announced orders: secure the approaches to the river, thrust into the Barbarian leader keep to slay him, and fall back to our territory. |
