As the Barbarians of the savage tribes kept on adjusting to the cultural, political and military life of the Empire, their newly acquired homeland, the Wilderness, was also anticipating significant changes. On the first few days since that territory became part of the Empire, brigades of the most prominent geologists recommended by Tolgar himself were sent there.
Soon it was made known that no deposits of strategic resources were there to count on, however, the land was deemed perfectly suitable for building vast and powerful production facilities. The Empire architects exerted themselves to build sixteen new facilities with enough manufacturing capacity to start producing some of the finest military equipment and accessories. The protection of those facilities from the Survilurgs was entrusted to those who actually made it possible for them to appear - one facility to each of 16 Military Clans who achieved most success in the latest military campaign in the Wilderness. |
