| You mean what the moderators get? That "Salary" is pay for being a moderator. For example, forum moderators keep the forum clean, and as thanks, the administrators give them a small in game bonus. |
salary is given to Official Clan Members for their work, on a monthly basis.

salary also varies in accordance to actual work done (the more they do, the more they get, up to a cap). and if players do nothing, they get nothing, and even risk eviction. |
