I have tried using the email function to let the server send me my password to my regristration email

no reset password email or password were sent my my correct regristration email. Please help ^^

this is what the game said, and yes i logged into the email address that i've inserted in the account email during the retrieving password processs, but no password or reset code has been sent to me since 36hrs ago.
