Mine was -

This is my favorite scene. Infact its one of the funniest scenes on Doctor who.

Doctor is like boring. But as soon as he says "I'M TALKING!" , you get the feel what you're watching and how influential he is in the whole universe. The time lord, the last of his species. I really enjoy when he says "Im Talking" in his classic style. B)
One of my favorite is -
DALEK [on screen]: I shall speak only to the Doctor.
DOCTOR: You're going to get rusty.
DALEK [on screen]: I fed off the DNA of Rose Tyler. Extrapolating the biomass of a time traveller regenerated me.

This is from the episode "Dalek" Its really too emotional. :')

I didnt really see the old episodes but they are cool lol. I watched a few clips on youtube and they were amazing!
The one where 2 doctors meet - Sontaran Stike threatens to kill the sixth doctor but the doctor stabs his leg (lol). Then they find 2nd doctor and rescue him. Before they can release the Second Doctor and escape the hacienda, however, Shockeye shows up with the unconscious Peri. The Second Doctor feigns unconsciousness while the others hide.

What kind of person is Dalek?
Read about "Doctor Who" on wikipedia. Its quite long. Its a sci-fi tv show running for since the past 50 years.
Daleks are the strongest and funniest creatures as portrayed there. They are like a pepper and salt sprinkler bottles with strong shields on them. They cant feel except for hate.
Their common phrase is "EXTERMINATE!" and primal instinct is to kill everyone except Daleks. The Daleks must survive and rest must die! |

I never really got a chance to watch the old series but I have heard that Tom Baker was quite awesome. It was nostalgic for many fans watching in the new film ;)

One of my favorite scenes was in "Journeys End" (the finale of season 4 of the modern series) when Davros joined the conversation on the sub-wave network and Sarah-Jane Smith (Elizabeth Sladen) recognized his voice and who he was.
Those that have been fans for a while will remember that these two characters originally met in "Genesis of the Daleks" way back with the 4th Doctor (Tom Baker). That's a 30+ year gap IRL.
Liz Sladen is definitely my favorite companion. I have several favorite scenes involving her. One old favorite was from "The Ark in Space" when Sarah-Jane was stuck in an air-shaft. The Doctor psychologically manipulates her to get her through. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gr_iw658JGM
