Ronaldo has way more goals. But you cant deny that most of them were against weaker oppositions,and important games (eg. agaist BvB in semi of UCL) he fails to deliver.Also his form has been more prominent in the last 2-3 months of 2013. Where as Ribery, performs week in week out,if its a second division german club or Juve, Chelsea(UEFA Super Cup) or BvB in the UCL final itself. And that too throughout the year.
And as for stats, Suarez had 19 in last 12 (in a better league) compared to Ronaldo's 18 in 19 this league season
And as for Messi, poor lad has been injured for quite some time now so least chances on him. |

For FIFA, there are no "weaker" teams
Everyone is equal
This was shown when Torres got the Golden boot for 4 goals against Tahiti in WC
And still, Ribery's 22 is not even close to CR's 69 goals
I would even say Arjen Robben had a better season than Ribery
Im no CR7 hardcore fan, im a football fan.

These stats just include goals and assists.
Ronaldo wins in stats no doubt:)
But are you forgetting the number of key passes,tracking back and other aspects of game which are short in his game
Also the fact Ronaldo is quite often booked for simulation, which is not a part of fair football.

If you consider this from the point of view of a FIFA president, all 16 teams are equal at the moment until they face off
They did their best to be in the top 16
If FIFA would have weak and strong teams, there would be no 'draws
they would simply announce, mixing and matching matches as per their "strength"

I have been playing at different levels for over 7 years now, and dude i am more of marco reus fan than ribery Ronaldo or messi :)

Haven't you heard of seeding system that is used for assigning the draws in fifa WC or UCL?
The clubs/countries are seeded on their performance in various tournaments.

You even fail to see why ribery was was voted the best player in Europe in November by none other than uefa.
I agree that i don't respect Ronaldo as a player, its just cause of his simulations. But if you would actually watch the whole of 2013 season, ribery was better footballer than Ronaldo
Yes he is a good finisher, one of the finest in my opinion, but its not just about scoring goals.
Its also about assisting, tracking back or even play as a defender if necessary. |
