I think it could be good to have personal depository, where u can rent your artifacts. On the personal page it can be showed under the combat log and transfer log. U would need to build depository in your castle for example at combat level 10 for 100k gold. Number of arts in depository would be limited, and u can upgrae it on higher levels, same as the inventory capacity.
I think it should be part of game to rent arts to other players without personal interest, messaging to borrow it. U could borrow it even if the player would be offline. |

i agree to this one.. had forgotten about the 100k thing... this could create in a potential loss which would increase if more and more number of people build the depository, the demand would be neutralised very easily. |

They're a luxury acquisition, and very helpful since it can store our stuff.
If this feature beign included only on estates, or also included with estates, their prices will grown.
So if you're saying they're expensive, because they've 'no use', they'll become much more expensive.
Just stating the consequences, I'm natural for states with this bonues. |
Of course I know they'll get more expensive as a result (and I don't want to hijack this thread, so I'll stop after this), but this kind of idea seems like it would fit estates, since they already have the extra capacity going for them, and I don't feel that this idea is something that every single player should have access to.
With the way health regeneration is working now (as opposed to when estates first came in), I couldn't imagine too many people still rent rooms anyway, maybe another way of increasing cash flow in estates will boost the market (Having said that, I could be completely wrong, I don't really keep track of estates). |

It would remove the need for a clan depository. All arts that are now easy to find in the clan depository would be shattered among 100 players. |
#17 wrong clan depositary rents arts that are owned by clan personal depositary rents out personally owned arts and i like the idea that it should be an upgrade for estate and not available to everybody....
besides you would hav to be at the location of the estate to rent the arts in it so it would still be more convenient to rent arts from clan depositary if you were aiming to do facility defense so no influence to clan depositary...
