The admins already provide the ability to have an art for a limited number of battles by renting it.
This idea sounds like you want to be able to rent at cheaper prices by buying the art first and then reselling it later.
Unless I have completely failed to understand your idea I cannot see why admins would implement something which would allow those with initial funds to bypass the system already in place.
If you mean it for people who are close to levelling up then they should either just rent it, resell on market when no longer needed or just keep until all durability is used up doing min ap fights etc. |
