you have to know how to work drag breath, thats why i run drags because i know all the angles in which the breath works to hit more then 1 enemy :)
sometimes people just "follow" what works well for others without knowing how to properly use it.
FYI most players in this event who dont go magic build hate magic build because those that run it just get meat, no distraction units so the allies of the magic casters get focused hard. I personally hate magic users with a passion. If just 1 magic user ran like 100 bowmen to distract half enemy shooters for 1 turn i would be happy.. but no, just sentries and zombies... |

So for example, if I have 6 Dragons.
Recruit 9% = 6 x 9% = 0.54 = 1 So Ill get +1 Dragon.
Recruit 8% = 6 x 8% = 0.48 = 0 So Ill not get any dragon extra. |
That is precisely why i take 8 of any big stack ( 8 invokers + 8 banes + 8 ogresmagi) and 19% recruit count.
this way, i have 10 of all big stacks. :) |
One good strategy is to have max points on ini. and be an elf. ( +3% ini matters)
so, my base ini. for invokers is 14! and becomes 18 with rapid. |

yes, it is cheaper, but recruit count also adds to count of other stacks ( baits like poisoners and bandits). |

9 * 1.12= 10.08.. rounded down to 10.

but i thought if base 8 you must have 19%?
so is cheaper to use base 9? even with baits they are cheap also still may be cheaper increase base than go to 19%?
