Yet he somehow failed to see the very next sentence:
Paragraph 3.13.8. of this rule was introduced on January, 8, 2013.
Obviously that part was added to compensate for the fact that server merge would create some confusion regarding mains and additional characters. |
Jan.8, 2013- so there is now +1 year for molly/jane can change to correct situation?
my thinking is admins use the stipulation so the multis which maybe are 2 former main accounts do not fail with illegal transfer rules, etc. before this date but after the 8 Jan highest account must be main and lower ones cannot participate with this illegal activities again
i think switch say you dont must follow the highest account=main rule if the accounts come before january 8,2013.
i hope admins can control my confusion because i dont want to bring more unfair accuses when i am wrong |
