Does attacking Valentine card thieves, give you valentine card.
If it does I may have a problem because i have defeated the valentine card thieves 3 times but still not received valentine card(or should i wait in 24 hours)
Furthermore does sending valentine must be a special person or just a randomize person | | You have recieved them, you can send it to someone else of the other gender with the send a valentine's card button on the character page. It can be anyone.
