How am I supposed to enroll using this phone?
I have tried searching for and installing flash for IE10, but i simply can not do it.

Puffin is an alternative but the general answer would be 'not possible' unless you are ready to pay for a flash browser..
Several paid flash browsers will be available in windows app store for sure but none will give the native flash experience |
