I think for health restoration it is 9 sec per unit
how about mana? | Full mana restoration takes 15 minutes for your maximum mana reserve. When your character is at 'Sunny City' or 'Shining Spring', mana is restored 20% faster.
you can also buy an Elixir of restoration at the Artifact shop https://www.lordswm.com/shop.php?cat=potions | I think for health restoration it is 9 sec per unit
