i have seen the talent basic holy magic which says lord can lvl 3 holy spells.
but in combat i didnt see the phantom spell :'( |
You need to build level 3 Magic Guild (which you can build when you reach Combat Level 10)
For Phantom spell you need Basic Nature Magic |

basic holy magic gives you all the holy spells of the 3rd level
basic nature magic gives you all the nature spells of the 3rd level
since phantom is a nature magic spell of the third level, you ll need basic nature magic and magic guild 3 in order to use it in battle. |
