| More reputation you have = More faster new quest will come |
reputation goes down on the following reasons
1.when you decline an assignment = 0.5 reputation loss
2.when you accept the assignment and lose the battle an report = 1 reputation lost
3.accept the assignment win the battle but fail to report in time = 1 reputation lost |

| each point of reputation reduces waiting time by 2 minutes. However you cannot have more than 10 reputation therefore you have to wait atleast 20 minutes if you have max reputation. I reckon 0 reputation would need 40 minutes. |
1.If you decline a quest,next quest will come after 20 min(irrespective of reputation).
2.If you start afresh(complete or fail to complete),time for next quest =40-(2*reputation).
