I am using it from time to time, that's why I wrote "Durability Varies", so until I sell it, I don't know what its durability is gonna be :P
As the title says, I will calculate the optimal cost per battle of the artifact (optimum repairs included) and then subtracting the battles I already "used" and I'll make a discount of 10% on the final price.

From those 1660 combats, I played 70 + ([70*0.9] - 40) = 93. Remaining combats that maximize the cost per battle are 1660 - 93 = 1567
Final cost for current durability is 1567*512.5813253012 - 17195*(33-1) = 252974.936747
512.5813253012 is the cost per battle
(33-1) is the times you're going to repair the artifact, note the -1 because I already repaired it once (it's 40/69 not /70)
