Does the inititiative bonus of arts and TG apply to hero as well?
i.e., will the turn of a hero with ini +25% come before the turn of a hero with +1% ini? | | It doesnt apply to heroes. Only arts which specify 'Also adds x% intitiative to the lord' grant the hero more initiave. |
