Is TG a bit overvalued?
i know many people who got bored with TG and regret having spent 550k for TGI
Many play just so that can get their gold back o.O
Yes, TG gives ini (very useful for some factions), but is TG important for all factions?
IS tg important for magic builds like wizards and Chaos DE? as ini doesn'tt affect hero
Also,as i'll be playing CG at lv12 and Lv14 as a DD, how impotant is TG for me? |
Well, it's as important as the guilds Laborer and Mercenary.
At TG5 (which is not too hard to reach), you'll have +5% initiative, that's 1/8 of Expert Rapid spell.

Not much. |
Btw other option is to do rangers |
Initiative is important for all warrior/mage in all faction. it give u chance for caster troops to cast some spell before they going down or walk some troops to block charging stack in time. |
It is just a guild like any other,
You get some bonus initiative whereas for other guilds you get bonus attack or defense
every guild is important, don't know why thieves guild is over-hyped...
Maybe because you could gain money from the extra arts you get.
Or because its fun to play (maybe)
then again, it could just be because its there! :D |

That's what i thought, but recently, i am seeing many people who have stopped TG at 2 or 3 .. don't know why
Btw other option is to do rangers
I tried but it is too expensive and not much fun imo
Even takes too many victories for the Ini. advantage |
And wizard could use some initiative for gargoyles too. |
Is TG a bit overvalued?
It is, but that's because the most doable guild. For example, a time comes where you can't do some hunts or mercenary quests even with full gear. TG doesn't have that problem, at least it didn't, don't know now ... too many sh1t changed and noone gives information about it. |
because it's the |
It's a must in PvP, simply put. In PvE, that's irrelevant; either the AI has so much ini that it'll move before you, either you have much more than it does. Magic builds have a lowered interest in it still helps to have lores move before range to cast a bit. Even factions with no real range, like DE, need it; against demon to make sure they move before cerb, or against others DE to kill their shrews, in both cases the 1st to move is almost guaranteed to win.
Now, 1% ini won't make that much of a change, but when it comes down to say 5%, then you'll really feel the difference, quite like 1 DEf or 5 DEF... |
i got it only for the purpose of high levels lol :) i usually hate pvp and higher levels where there wont be anything fun to do tg gives an hand |
