survilurg battles do not contribute points to any guild, unlike pretty much all other battles. So if you do survilurg battles, you will always be behind. If they want people to play more survilurgs, they should make some kind of a new guild for clans and each time you win survilurgs, you acquire a point there.
no. the whole point of this armament design is to force the level campers to play. they will slowly lose their advantage in PVP if they don't join facility defense. If you can lease or exchange armament, then it will be pointless because everyone will have a full set easily.

Also it's a good way to stimulate the big clans to defend because many big clans are already tired of doing this survilurg thing and start to quit.

so you need to balance between them. and don't forget although survilurg gives no guild point, it has very good exp/fsp ratio.
It's quite sad to see it's about a number of days rather than a number of fights or number of hours of use (as with luck drink) or wathever means to measure effective player activity.
Imo, as soon as i get all (or nearly all) the armaments for my playing Factions, then i would stop farming and enable them when needed (500g/month + 10% per rep). They are cheap to use, only hard to find.

Also, why should survilurgs give guild points? to divide the playerbase even more? Consider them as a group battle. And in a way, they are just that.

All in all, i am eager to find out how these "armaments" will affect online activity as survilurgs are getting tiresome indeed.

He will be answering questions of two types: storyline and technical aspects of what already is in game. He will ignore personal questions and will most probably not be able to answer questions on future plans (unless it's a question that he knows he is allowed to answer).

I cannot possibly play all faction available due to severe lack of gold. Dont depress me :P

just think about the X-mas trinket event, same idea
the amount of actual battles will be even higher. Because drop chance is not 100%, there is a chance you get no armament at all.

Also I believe there are only 1044 different armaments in total. Because some units do not exist yet like the bandit altgrade ((9*7*3-15)*6)

Don't forget the drops of same armaments, I already had 1 ;)

So its either tribal or dwarves after 2-3 months of wiz alt release.
