| Some tournaments don't allow you to level up, so that you can still compete on your current level. Any normal combat (like the one you just did) levels you up. |

On a positive note, your best scores for lvl 6 would still be taken into account even if your lvl 7 (if im not mistaken), so if u did well in your 6 attempts then you may still get an achievement. |
