AuthorAlt wiz's racial (Another question)
I was looking into their racial bonus attack depending on Knowledge and SP.
Remember the formula is like this:
[0.3+0.03*(FSL)]*[(Spell power)+(Knowledge)] bonus attack;

Taking into account that my multi has wizard racial lv 4, and 3 knowledge and 6 SP, this would mean:
(0.3 + 0.03 x 4) x (3 + 6) = 0.15 x 9 = 1.35
Which means my multi would win 1.35 attack parameter because of his spell power, knowdlege and racial, isnt that pointless?? Pointless if we compare it to the mini artifacts I mean.

With this fact, the only way Alt Wizards are supposed to be "hybrid" imo is because of the fact that they can get Battle fury, and they have some more golems, but I just dont understand how to build this faction srsly.

Some help, and ty in advance
(Btw what I want with this topic is ppl to comment and give me a hand)
Things like being able to recruit twice more gremlins should help, don't you think? Then, early mini aren't powerful and you're comparing tomatoes with salmon because recruit count, unit stats and talent trees/costs are different.

Would you say that a dwarf alt that would get say 3 times usual dwarf recruit count would be weak just because he can't use runes?
It gets a lot better when you reach a higher CL and FSL:
CL 14 wiz, FSL10, 30SP and 11 KN (from normal mage arts) gets
(0,3+0,03*10)*(30+11)= 0,6*41= 24,6 extra attack.
Also recruit count is a lot higher:
e.g. 3 giants, 10 sphinxes, 40 fortune genies, 19 battlemages, 8 gargs and 205 gremlin wreckers
or 110 golems, 40 genies, 10 sphinxes, 2 giants.

On lower CL and FSL levels mini-arts will be better.
(0.3 + 0.03 x 4) x (3 + 6) = 3.78
yes, 0.3 + 0.03*4 = 0.42 not 0.15 :)

and you get initiative bonus as well :)
(0.3 + 0.03 x 4) x (3 + 6) = 3.78 not (0.3 + 0.03 x 4) x (3 + 6) = 0.15 x 9 = 1.35
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
