| Should I keep them or sell? What are they need for? |
Elements are used for enchanting arts.
My advice: Sell them; you aren't rich right now, so you won't be using them to enchant anything for quite a while (and market prices for elements have steadily declined over time; this means they lose value if you just hold on to them for a long time). |
| Sell them. Don't bother with enchanting unless you have more than 100k gold (even in this case it might be better to invest in something else first, like TG) |

"how much should i sell each one" -- Go to the Market, and look up the prices of elements currently on the market, then pick a price.
In other words: the same way you sell *anything* on the market. |
Resources can only be sold to production and machining facilities that require them for around 5 gold profit per unit.

Elements are used in enchanting, available when blacksmith is constructed. Check the help page for in depth details. Or you can have another player to do that for you, check trade forum for their services.
Check the auction place for their market value.
