| Element rate is broken i have dont over 20 misions and my reputation is 10 but i take only some pathetic gold as a reward like 50-110 anyone else aving this problem ? |

You aren't guaranteed to get an element once every 5 quests. It's random. You can go a 20-30 quests without any elements or get several elements in a row.
Also, reputation doesn't have anything to do with it. It's only use is reducing the wait time before another quest. |
