for blackdeathgr:
X/1.6 column means lover skill limit and X*1.6 means upper skill limit
if your total skill points are in between X/1.6 and X*1.6 that means you have average skill points at your lvl.
if your total skill points are in less than X/1.6 or more than X*1.6 that means that you are under or above average. |

| Actually those stats are off, at level 15 I started getting xp penalty sooner than the one mentioned at lgnd (at around 1000 less fsp). |

it works for lvls 14 and below. Yes, after 15+ the data is not accurate |
